hi@cerrado.aiCerrado is grounded in your workspace's actual documents — handbooks, runbooks, SOPs, meeting notes — and cites the exact files it pulls from. When it doesn't have a confident answer, it logs a knowledge gap so a human can answer once and have it captured forever.
Files are stored in S3 inside your workspace's isolated bucket prefix. Permissions are enforced at the folder level — members only see what their role grants. Conversations and messages stay inside the workspace; nothing is shared between organizations.
PDFs, Word docs, Markdown, plain text, CSV, JSON, and most common code file types. Anything you upload is indexed for semantic search and citation, and stays downloadable in its original form.

We charge per active workspace member per month. Inactive accounts don't count toward the bill, and annual plans get a 20% discount. We're happy to invoice annually for teams of 50+.
On the Enterprise tier, yes — Cerrado runs on Google's Gemini by default, but you can route to your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic key with custom rate limits and a dedicated vector store.
